Ocwen Mod - Loan Modification Forum

Just wondering if there is anything new on Ocwen Loan mods. I'm in desperate need of one. Since Mar 4, I'm thinking there should be a better chance of getting one. In December they sent me a loan mod voluntarily. And it was a joke. They were going to drop my rate to 10.853%! I'm paying just over 11 now. And they were going to add about $2,000 to the prinicpal. AND, they wanted me to sign my rights away. Yes, they are evil. I have now requested a loan mod package which they told me they would email me. This was yesterday so I haven't gotten it yet. I'm sure they will have the same "sign your rights away" line in there, which I will NOT sign. I am trying to find a lawyer to help with this. Any suggestions? Thanks,
