Client seeking Government Loan Processor for Jacksonville office. Candidate will have a strong background processing FHA / VA loans. Prefer candidates that have managed a pipeline of 75- 100 loans on a regular basis. Must be able to manually calculate DTI as well as strong knowledge of automated systems.

College degree preferred, high school or equivalent required.

They forgot to add-Must be willing to relocate to Bangalore, India. Must be fluent in Hindi and English and able to read from a script and talk in circles...

Most importantly they must be willing to screw over all the customers and from what I hear be screwed over themselves by the banks... so its a double screwing really.

Don't forget about forgery, lies, making false notes, loosing documents repeatly... I'm so sure! If you were on commission you wouldn't make a dime, since it takes over a year to process 1 loan.

No on 2nd thought someone take that job so we can alert to media about all the garbage going on.... And maybe just process loans for the special capitalist people
