Question FL Condo Fully Owned - Need cash out loan to payoff Primary 2nd

    Hello All --

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I am struggling to refinance my primary residence and one of the options I am trying to make happen is pulling out a mortgage on an owned condo in Florida that I am currently renting out. I'm looking for a LTV of <75% for the condo loan and I'd use the cash out to payoff my 2nd mortgage of my primary residence.

I've called a few of the big lenders and q loans with no luck so far. I'm looking for lenders or creative options for this.

    Thanks!
    -Trey

    Hi Trey,

Welcome to the forum and thank you for joining..........

We would be unable to refer you to lenders from this forum. What is the reason that you are being turned down when trying to go the conventional route?
    Best Regards,
