Yeah they did explain it well. How many of the other banks have this sweetheart deal? Anyone know about the WaMu loans that Chase got? Also wondering what the deal is when Chase is the servicer and Deutsche or MERS or whomever is the lender. I'd like to see that info.

I suspect that minus the fact that Indy was sold to One west or whatever the deal was, that they are all reaping the benefits of this same deal on a portion of the mortgage portfolios.

And you know what else? They get all of that money AFTER they have sucked every ounce of blood from the homeowner. They have made out hand over fist....fork tongue dog face tie wearing thieves.

Now, I wonder what they would say if we emailed this video to our negotiators and the heads of the banks we are all dealing wth, If we did it after they gave us the run around for the umpteenth time with the caption saying we know what you are up to so don't try to fool us and send it to our state representatives. Now why are they not playing this video on the news? Anyone got a contact that has the guts to do air it?

I didn't e-mail it to the negotiator, although I'm tempted. But I did send it to our local consumer complaint person on Channel 13 Sacramento, Call Kurtis. He is in LOVE with the mortgage mess & I'm hoping he bites on this one. He's also been telling the truth about what homeowners are going through and asking provocative questions of the banks (who state to decline - surprise, surprise).

Great, thanks for sending it to him, I hope he airs it please let us know if he does, I am sure the LA Times won't report on it. I will just send it some down here in case they dare to air it. Boy, it sure would make the banks mad to see that we all know what is going on. How about we all email it to our local congress reps so that they get inundated with it?

chase paid the government 1.9 billion for Wamu's loan portfolio - 307 billion dollars in assets!! They wrote down about 30 Billion of it. They got the right to service our loans for a steal.
