andrea. Thank you for this post. It is indeed sad that the banks are refusing to do the right thing. When the Fed gave them the TARP money, they were in turn suppose to use it to stimulate the economy and curb the foreclosures. Keep Americans in their homes. Instead, the bank has found the loopholes in the Treasury Directives and has chosen to keep the money and continue foreclosures. Thank you for this article.
