Just got a read reciept

I just got a read reciept from

matt_richardson@mhacompliance.com

from the email that I sent for MHN non compliance. Don't kow if anyone else got one but at least I know mine was read.

We may want to resend our emails directly to him so he gets bombarded by loansafe members.

This is the actual reply I got from them about 30 minutes later. If we all get after this guy maybe it will make a difference, BUT it is not just up to a few of us we ALL need to do this!

Dear Mr. Miner,

Thank you for contacting Making Home Affordable–Compliance. The Making Home Affordable–Compliance (MHA–C) organization is a division of Freddie Mac and has been designated by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to act as the Treasury's agent in managing the compliance review function of the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP). MHA–C reviews servicer adherence to program requirements for eligible mortgages modified or considered under HAMP.

Your e-mail has been escalated to Fannie Mae, as it appears that they are the mortgage loan investor for your property. Their representatives should be able to work with you to effectively address your concerns. If you do not hear from them in a timely manner, please feel free to contact Fannie Mae directly, by calling the Fannie Mae Resource Center at 1-800-7Fannie.

Please contact us if you have any additional questions.

Thank you,
MHA–Compliance

THANK YOU for implementing a program whereby servicers are required to report their status of home loan modifications. I have faith that you will continue to work diligently by providing servicers with stricter guidelines to provide much needed relief to homeowners facing foreclosure.

I am pretty sure it is as obvious to you as the rest of the world that the President's plan is not working.
As the overseer of this program, I feel the need to inform you of a COUNTRYWIDE/BANK OF AMERICA customer's experience trying to get a loan modified.

I have yet to be approved for a final modification, although I had to fight and scream and yell just to get the trial modification offer which was signed and the first payment has been made and the second is scheduled for 10/30/09. I can get no satisfaction as to the status of my modification review and they cannot tell me if they need anything further from me. They just say call back after 11/26/09 which is basically when my third trial payment is due. They then tell me that I may have to make a fourth and fifth trial payment if they have not been able to catch up on their backlog. I feel like I am in limbo not knowing anything, however, THEY do not know anything either. I have no idea the basis by which my trial payments are calculated and what the terms of my modification will be. It has already been over 30 days since they received my signed paperwork for the trial and my 1st payment but I have not received a bank signed copy.

I have made over 50 Calls and 20 Fax communications to BANK OF AMERICA and yet they still refuse to provide me with modified terms. They claim they do not know!

Please know that this is not just a matter of the bank refusing to comply with the President's plan. Should this trend of servicers continue to refuse to offer loan modifications, ALL Americans will suffer. We are heading for destabilization of our entire economy by allowing hundreds of thousands of foreclosures to happen, entire communities will suffer, and expected growth of our whole economy is at high risk.

I urge you to take action immediately. Should you chose not to, we will lose our home, and another number will be added to the already alarming foreclosure statistics.

Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,

MADISON W. MINER
