Exclamation I quit LoanSafe.org

I wanted to let everyone know that I am stepping down from day to day activities of operating this website. My views and goals have changed and are not in line with the community's best interests. Also it appears that I am just upsetting some members with my new forums and they cant get past their own beliefs to open their eyes.

I cannot be around people who refuse to hear me out and offer intelligent debate. It always goes back to right or left, Democrat or Republican or pro war or anti war. I do not want to be part of community that says they are united, but so far from it.

I tried so many times in 3 years to do the best I can and I am burnt out on trying to rally the homeowner troops and fight a losing battle. The only way to win would be a full out mortgage revolt and protests. The facts are that 20 people is not enough. We get thousands of peoples here daily and out these visitors, only a few are willing to stand up. The rest just go along with whatever happens.

FYI - Those are losing odds and the EXACT reason why homeowners do not have and will never have justice.

I will be actively looking to lease it to someone, company or? Not sure yet.

If there is anyone in the forum that wants to step up as the leader or has ideas, please let me know. This decision was difficult, but well thought out. Thus it is final.

Re: I quit LoanSafe.org

Wow, must say some disappointment here. I see that you have done so much to make this what you thought it should be and that was up until a couple of weeks ago when Raped Homeowner came out.

I, for one, am sorry to hear that you have given up on this endeavor, but understand that your views and beliefs are very strong and important to you. You certainly have that right.

Give us some particulars....how long will you go trying to lease before shutting this down?

Re: I quit LoanSafe.org

OK Moe, starting to feel a little abandoned here. Starting to feel some anger for believing that this forum was sticking around to help us. I opened up on this forum with private details. I CHOSE this forum BECAUSE of you and how you were there for any and all who wrote to you. NOW, you are quitting. What a shame. THE BANKS ARE CHEERING. CAN YOU HEAR THEM??? I'm just in shock. Not all of us are political (nothing wrong with that). Your goals have changed you said....what to HELP people? Just because we can't get out there and PROTEST daily, doesn't mean that we can't get to it. Change IS SLOW. Not fast enough for you. Three years is a long time to devote yourself. It seems SUDDEN to me. Trying to understand. I do thank you for your hard work but I think you will be letting so many people down and perhaps they feel the way I do. I don't know. I'm sorry for rambling. Just feel so much anger right now.

Arlyn

I too am saddened. People were finally starting to wake up! I read today the the gov plans are failing because no noe is taking advantage of them. I quickly sent an email to the dumb*** reporter directing him here to get a reality check.
If it weren't for this site I would not have gained the knowledge or courage to fight, and if not save my home..at least someone else.
It's always darkest before the dawn, please don't leave us without a candle

Moe - How can you let those guys get to you? You are better than that. I am stunned really stunned. I'm concentrating on getting my home back, sure, but I've also learned so much from you. I don't listen or read the you know who's and neither should you. haven't you told us to stick to our guns? DON'T LET THEM SHUT YOU UP OR SHUT YOU DOWN!!!!!!! Please reconsider. It makes me quite sad. There is nothing you have said that I disagree with. Sometimes you are strident, but I'm thinking that's what makes a good blogger. I was hoping to learn about blogging from you. We have all come so far lately, and so much of that is about you. I was hoping you were just stepping back and watching us .... not quitting! Yikes. It feels like a betrayal.

I can get that you may be burnt out after 3 years, and may want help, but please don't quit completely, please continue to share your knowledge.

I'm very sad to hear this decision. This website gave hope to so many and has helped many stay strong. YOU were they catalyst. YOU brought vast knowledge in laymans terms to the masses.

THANK YOU for all YOU have done.

I am sad, mad, disappointed and a lot of other things at one time!! You are what inspired me to fight and try to keep what has allowed me to find peace and quiet from the outside world....my home.

We need you and I say to h^^^ with the people that don't participate. My husband and I have started gathering together some of the things for survival that you have written about. I truly believe we are headed for really bad times and would like to have you here with me on the forum to get through it.

PLEASE DON'T GO MOE!!!

Moe,

Please reconsider your decision. Without your earnest support and passion for the little guy, most of us would have no hope, understanding or have been able to acheive all of the positive results folks are able to read about here.

PEOPLE wake up we need MOE and his energy and passion to continue surging forth. MOE, NOW MORE THAN ever, we need an advocate like YOU!

I'm praying and standing with you because I know that God always has a ram in this bush for his people....Go Forth and continue to prosper Moe, but I hope that you can stay involved in LoanSafe.org. on some level.

Peace and Blessings

Re: I quit LoanSafe.org

Moe,
No doubt that's sad news for all here. And its the worst news for people still in the fight to keep their homes. They are risking tol be orphaned. This is the place where they find help.

I can understand if you want to take a turn or pursue something. I dont think people who disagree with you should cause that much stress for you. Believe it or not thats what all leaders face in any corner of the world. When you are dealing with people, disagreement is part of the reality and challenge. Unfortunately thats the constant no matter what position you take or where you take. (Ofcourse we all know lot of people kindle hate and fight in online community. Not jsut this site, but any forum. They do it just to trigger. Best way is to ignore them)

New forums can come up to help people in the future, but why leave someting you have built over time. Its your hardwork and your brand. So you dont have to walk way from results and fruits.

If you have some good opportunities that is along your goals, then I understand by all means. Its only fair that you pursue what you like. But I'm concerned for the the people who are in the middle of the fight. They need stability of the forum.

In future, what ever you try to achieve, these are some of your loyals to support you when you will need them later. So walking away risks cutting the connection.

So may be realigning your priorities and not walking away helps?

Re: I quit LoanSafe.org

Thanks for these comments and I love you all. Even those of you that think I am bit of a nut.

This is for the better. You all need new politically correct leaders to come in here and lead the forum. People that can take it to the next level and further the cause. I promise you all that I will never abandon the vision or the support of this forum, I am just enhancing it by bringing in people who can add more value than me.

Trust me, my strong anti bank and anti corporate pig stance does not help our cause here. I cannot hold back how I feel and the facts I know. A lot of powerful people do not like me or my views. People that would rather see me dead than work with me in helping you all.

If we got some men like me but with a more politically correct attitude and clean backgrounds, we would go further. More banks would be willing to deal with LoanSafe if my crazy butt wasn't shouting from roof tops daily.

This is not quitting. This is sacrificing myself for the good of our community. This is not an act of selfishness, but selflessness. Also add in there quite a bit of anger at our world and how it all really works.

You all will have a better chance at winning if a more banking politically correct crew came in here. One that can work with the banks rather than fight with them at every step.

In addition, I am really passionate about exposing the lies in media, our history and exposing this in my new documentary that I just can't do it all.

That is the deal and I will never sell out, nor abandon the vision here.

Can't we agree on a new General? I'll still be the CEO. Does this make sense?

What are the things that bother you the most and make you feel like giving up?
Maybe you just need to look at things differently?
None of us are on this Earth forever Moe and Most have not accomplished nearly what you have. This is surely your calling. Take that cross country trip and leave for awhile before you decide. I have a place for you to stay on the opposite coast. Come here for Thanksgiving. See here how your ancestors suffered for their rights and freedoms. Like they say- Good things Do Not come Easy.

Hey the guys that got up there in stature with the banks got there with not very clean backgrounds either....I can almost bet on that one!

Moe,

this site is a living example of the quote "share what you know and learn what you dont"

the knowledge in here is a great tool in itself that empowers so many homeowners everyday.

you have created this website that strengthens people's minds and gives them the courage to fight

the sole motto of this website is "do not quit"
and i think you should reconsider your decison

we dont mind having some more political to lead - but we still want you to be the commander in chief .. the aggression and passion you exhibit keeps me going every day when it comes to fighting with the banks ...

please do not quit ...

Hey Moe, I don't look at the news it is to governed. I do listen to bloomberg radio. I get the lowdown on oil prices and such. I don't believe half of their way of thinking either though. I think the economy is governed by China. We get all our money from them look it up. I was a history major. China will be the new superpower. We are at it's mercy. I am venting. Sorry. Just feel like giving up on the US. My home and heart live here. So torn, and don't know which was to turn. Dont leave. u give me hope. Im serious.

Re: I quit LoanSafe.org

While I can accept the theory of more "politically correct people" I hope that they will continue with the truth for real change. You have told the trth in here from day one. The truth hurts sometimes, and I'm sure there have been people who came to the site at the beginning...blowing it off as a bunch of whiners trying to get their house for free.
I can bet that a bunch of them remembered this site when they started having the same problems you pointed out were going to happen, and have returned using the huge knowledge base to fight.
I personally think HAMP is a bunch of crap that is luring homeowners into a sense of security with the hope of getting a real modification, but all it will lead to is more fees to the servicers and more foreclosures because people wind up with a huge deficit afer NOT getting the final modification, and making lower payments for 6 months or more. It happened to me too many times. And I cheer with astonishment when one actually goes through.
But I agree with you at the frustration of the battle not leading to real change. No one wants to stand up and sat ENOUGH, (some for fear of losing their deal) and without a loud united voice we all become white noise to our representatives.
One by one inch by inch doen't work. All that does is give them time to cover their butts and change the rules.
I just hope that the new way WILL lead to being a voice with a megaphone!
Remember Horton hears a who?

Moe. You can be CEO. Just tune in every once in a while and say a few words. We are your board of directors, so if you find a new "General" we do need to do a little vetting, okay?

It was good that you posted here again. I'll admit a part of me was a bit freaked out.

Re: I quit LoanSafe.org

No thank you Caldwell, you dont keep up on the global mix so u outed yourself with me. Be blind, or just be ignorant. It is the global economy that rules the world. I guess I am into the bigger picture. I am as you all should be getting ready for a meltdown of our society as we know it. Chase holds the cards in my future. I can pay 31% of my gross, but not 51%. Cause if me or my husband's jobs fail, we are moving. Along with my two grown kids and two grandkids. This is our family home. I ask How Dare U Say I'm Out. I am at the mercy of Chase. That's all that should be important. I am in the fight as u are. Maybe more. Look up the property tax rate in NJ.

Re: I quit LoanSafe.org

You all are the best and thanks for the warm words. Some members I have never really discussed issues with are coming to offer their words of wisdom and concern. Evo, peace, chase, caldwell, mimi, az, arlyn, surreal, cynthia, bloom, julier, thank you so much.

I was blown away by some of what I read here. As far as bringing in someone to lead, this of course would be first disclosed and vetted with the community.

Here is something I would consider and also share with you all. Why don't you members that are interested in becoming bloggers, activists etc. be the voices and people who take this community to the next level. Members willing to out themselves and post their pictures, lives and news for their nation and to bring attention to this cause and other causes.

NOW THAT WOULD BE POWERFUL!!!

Imagine if we started a real news site by the people for the people with everyday working folks. We'll be the Huffington Post for Joe Six Pack, Bonny the Small Business Owner and Charlie the Cop. One where we have 5, 10 or 30 of us reporting and writing articles on real life.

Now that would be a possibility and I am willing to share future revenue with those willing to do this.

This is just off the top of my head, Really. I have thought about this, but never offered it. It would be like we are starting Microsoft or Facebook and I offer shares of my business for sweat equity.

I want to start a real news site, but only Main Street issues and Main Street authors. I think that it would take off and bring a lot more attention to our cause.

Wow, Moe, your mind is incredible!

Hopefully, you would allow me to help when I retire (December)...I just can't take on one more thing....all I can do to keep up with this!

To bring attention to us, why not release a mylar balloon into the air with a .....oh, nevermind, that's been done. Sorry, got off track.
