Just FYI - I had to merge these posts about the petition because when a website has multiple posts with the same content, Google we penalize that site for what they call duplicate content.

Also, I am working on a mass email for this and am just trying to figure out how to do that now.

In addition to TB98629's comments, set up google alerts too. Use your banks name and MHA and anything else. I get hundreds of alerts every day on my banks.

So, Moe? I cannot find any of the threads about the petition. When you said you merged them did you "merge them" to this post, was that your intent? Or, did you purge them?

I am confused, but cannot find any of them (It's Friday and I may be a bit slow today too, but I am concerned. . . )

These are states, off of the top of my head, that we don't have contacts for.

I am hoping to talk to LEM at some point today, and he may have some other ideas.

What about posting the link to the petition to craigslist for multiple states -- big metro areas. . .

Sounds like a good idea. My DH brought me a frozen pizza for a treat. I didn't have lunch so it's pizza shortly for lupper.

Let you know when I get started and maybe you will have heard from lem.

I know, frozen pizza is no big deal the for the outside person but hey, it's a BIG TIME treat for us!!

Would someone please sticky the petition link. I stumbled on it today and could have easily missed it. I think it's important enough to be front page -- just my opinion.

Also, I'm available to help the GA rep. however I can. I have web space, if needed, for private chats for those concerned. I'm not a programmer but can get it done if necessary. Let me know how I can pitch in.

In paragraph 2 of the petition, last line, "rightdowns" should be spelled "write-downs."

At this point the only thing I would ask for the team to do is continue to spread the word about the petition. contact every forum you can, your newspapers, press releases, consumer advocacy groups, friends, and family . . .

Count me in!!! I'm in Ohio and I know a lady with some words of advice here!! She tells people to stay in there homes. She just might be willing to even lend a hand. And I have a story about me that will be taped sometime in Jan. and I'd love to maybe get a word in about this!! Might at least get some more people from Ohio involved.
