Hi - thought it might be time to start a thread re: politicians we have contacted and if they have responded. I'll start.

California - National
Senator Boxer -sent (faxed) 3 letters; she sent letter to OCC; also sent a cc of my letter to Chase Exec Team; more to come
Senator Feinstein - sent (faxed) 3 letters. Only form response so far
Congressman Thompson - sent (faxed) 3 letters. Have talked with staff person three times (she called me); he sent letter to OCC

California - State:
Assemblyman Chesbro - meeting with his rep today; asked for more documentation from me.

Senator Bill Nelson --- first suggested I contact GreenPath or some similar name--which I did, but they got all my info wrong---


Now this office just suggests I contact HOPE and find HUD approved agency.


Also, did say that I needed to sign a form for the office to ask a question to the Comptroller of the Currency.

I didn't sign it--- I don't feel comfortable with going to the federal govt.

Congressman Bill Young -- suggested I contact HOPE and find an agency that is approved with HUD.

ohhhdear - it is just a privacy release so that the agency has the authority to obtain your personal information. I signed all of them with my reps.
