Hi everyone,

I am learning a lot by reading all the stories posted at this forum. I have to say that the most important think that people have to careful is (if married):

- Not to blame your spouse ( put the pass behind you).
- Try to work with your spouse as a team and take it as a test between the bank who need to suck you dry and your family.
- Family filled with love and respect will for sure handle the pressure and furthermore will take it easy.
- Eating home and having a walk with your spouse will give you more fresh ideas about how to overcame all the problems.

Good spiritual advice. Do you have a problem with your home? What's your story?

"spiritual advice" not the right term.
Applied for a loan modification 90 days ago(Chase).
Calling them every week to follow up.
Their reply is I have to wait but they give a name and phone # of the person that handle my file.(called many times and nothing).
Never been defaulted on the payment.
