Good morning, all! For those of you who don't already know this, Moe Bedard is also the founder and main contributor to LoanWorkout.org (The internet’s first blog dedicated to loan workouts and loan modifications). I've spent quite a bit of timely lately reading his blogs there, and they are excellent! It seems he posts new information nearly every day, and he really gets to the heart of the issues all of us at loansafe.org are concerned about. Check it out when you get a chance. The web site was recently updated, and it's nothing short of fabulous!

I agree 100%. Moe Bedard really seems to care about others situations. I love this this blog. I read it daily to update myself about any new information. I love how not only does Moe keep us updated as much as he can, but that also others are so willing to share. I felt depressed after first, but after reading that there are thousands of us in the same situation and that we really need to be our own advocate and be persistent. I have used the #'s provided and after my 3rd payment next month, I will be reviewed for a loan mod. I will post my offer as soon as I get it. My payment was dropped from $2777 to $2195 for 3 months. Anxiously waiting for possible loan mod.

Thanks everyone. Heck, sometimes I am so busy writing, blogging etc., that I miss these comments. It is so nice to come here 4 months later and read these words from senior members.

I try my hardest to get the best info out in a timely matter and it takes a lot of work and time. This makes it ALL the hard work worth it !!!
