    HARP 2.0 refi lender list?

Is there anywhere I can see a list of lenders who are participating in HARP 2.0? I need a very high (or unlimited) LTV ratio and the ability to bring a mortgage from another lender, as I'm currently with Seterus. I've contacted 5 different lenders so far in the past two days and none of them will work for me. (BTW, those lenders were GMAC, US Bank, Amerisave, Quicken, and one more I cant remember right now -- all of them had something preventing me from refinancing, whether its because they only refi their own mortgages, or their LTV is still at 105 or 125).

    Hi Siro,
Welcome to the forum, if you're looking for HARP2 with unlimited LTV - we are offering the program as of March 19th. There's many different lenders that have overlays that prevent them from financing a loan over a certain LTV. This is not the case for us.

We are a direct Fannie/Freddie approved lender and have access to the full realm of the program. Now I however can only service certain states. Feel free to e-mail me or call with questions, my contact info is on my signature below.

Yes, I emailed you earlier today actually. No rush, I've got a long list of banks I'm trying to find who are doing HARP 2.0 with unlimited LTV (I'm trying to put together a list, a few of my friends are in the same situation that I am in, so I want to be able to give them a list of companies I know can do it so they don't waste time like I did calling everyone under the sun).

Any luck compiling that list? I'm having a devil of a time myself finding participating banks that will do HARP 2.0 on my loan through Provident Funding.

    Hi krypttic,

If your loan is backed by Freddie Mac, you can ask participating lenders in your area that are on the following lists as advertising specific mortgage lenders is not able to posted on the forum, if your loan is backed by Fannie Mae, most lenders that are Freddie Mac approved will also refi Fannie Mae loans as well.

The problem is that none of the lenders on that list have LTV limits above 125%. I was hoping someone could direct me to the limited few that participate. As siromega states above, there's no reason for me to duplicate his efforts if he's already put in the time.

Have you tried contacting Erik? He posted above in the thread that he is doing the unlimited LTV and if he isn't licensed in your state, he may be able to refer you to a lender that is.
