Homestead Property Paid-Off but Rental on foreclosure.... - Loan Modification Forum

Hi Everyone,
Can anyone comment on this? We're a little bit concern since our main property is paid-off, could the bank on the other property come after us once the foreclosure finalizes?

unfortunately............this would be a question for a real estate/foreclosure attorney that is familiar with the laws of your state.

It looks from your handle like you might be in Florida... From what I have read about Florida bk laws... your personal property is protected from liens.. you might want to confirm with an attorney as *** suggested.
