We are in Illinois. this is what the court system has right now.

Atty Brehme pres for Pl. No other party appears. Affidavit as to Military Service filed instanter. Motion for Default Judgment is heard and granted. Motion to Dismiss Unknown Owners & Non-record Claimants heard & granted. Motion for Judgment for Foreclosure and Sale heard & granted. Redemption period expires 2-15-09. See Order. Affidavit as to Military Service ORDER OF DEFAULT ORDER DISMISSING CERTAIN PARTY DEFENDANT Statement of Service Certificate of Prove-up of Foreclosure Fees and Costs Affidavit JUDGMENT FOR FORECLOSURE AND SALE Record Sheet (7-11-08 to 9-16-08) PAL
01/16/2009 Notice of Sale UNASSIGNED
01/20/2009 Notice of Motion Motion for Order Approving Report of Sale and Distribution Motion/confrm sale set for 3/24/2009 at 01:30 in courtroom B.

The auction is set for 2-20-09. She claims the mortgage company told her not to call back before 2-20-09 or else it would mess up her modification. Any ideas on what direction I should point her in?

well thanks for the 51 views. I have told them to contact a lawyer. There publication has ran 3 weeks already. We really do not want new neighbors since we already know what we have next door. If anyone has any idea as to what is going on or any advice please do not hesitate to post

the attorney consult was a good call as we wouldn't have been able to advise on legal notices...........unfortunately.
