danocable here, I too got sucked in by citis stories they had me on hold for a mod for a year charged up my equity 40,000 in one year then said investors said no. so listen up I have gotten alot of good info from attorney general from mass. amdmass.gov.if you get a mod that is higher than your payment now chances are this is a bad mod if they say it is interest only its a bad mod good for investors,and if it is temp 4to 7 years bad mod report allthis to HELP WITH MY BANK.GOV. call O.C.C.18006136743 and for a goverment forensic audit when you cannot afford a lawyer caa THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION 18773834357 and help kick their butts.just let me say they are offering very little and settlling for only what they have to.also when these banks (citi) say will not charge while your waiting to get your mod this is their gravy to ring up the bill for many reasons that work in their favor. they got the billions and now their finishing it by cleaning house. But I spoke to officials high up on the food chain and citi is already in trouble and digging a hole for the deutche bank. class action lawsuites will be the news soon because this bank is somehow borderline corrupt sorry citi the truth will hurt (not really sorry0 Hopefully this site is even and posts this info and starting tommorow the FTC will be reading to to form patterns of their preditory tacktics (excuse spelling sorry) we need to unite and march on obamas first day in DC we should be our own investors and get our bogus loans super short saled to all of us!
