Auction Date - When to Leave? Arizona

Our lender is Wamu and after we rejected their loan mod they said they would send it to start the foreclosure process. That was about a month ago and I hadn't heard anything from them so I checked the county recorder's website and I see we have an auction date set for 12/12/08.

Since we haven't received anything from Wamu, I don't know when we are supposed to be out. I was assuming we would need to be out before the auction date but reading on these boards people seem to be able to stay longer. Anyone know when we should plan on leaving? (We need to stay as long as possible to get the deposit money together.)
