Recontrust handled everything for Countrywide. I called Recontrust and they said the deed will go back to Countrywide in 3-4 weeksand then they will start evicting me. That's all she said and she couldn't explain it anymore. We already found another place to live and get the keys on 10/6. But we both work full time and our son goes to school 5 days a week... so we'll have to trickle move. My question... Isin't someone going to come by and discuss options? --Like if you leave the house broom clean and be out in two weeks we'll give you cash for keys. --or give us a few months to leave? Or am I just going to be evicted and have all my stuff put on the curb the day countrywide gets the deed? What's the usual timeline after the foreclosure? We've been in the house a long time and have alot of stuff. We don't have the time to move all at once and would have to hire a moving company which we don't have money for. Any advice is welcomed. Thank you for reading. Foreclosedandwaiting |
