2nd Mortgages - Loan Modification Forum

My house has a 2nd or piggyback mortgage. I am current on my 1st and 2nd. I have a 3rd(HELOC) with Wachovia. I am very close to having this loan charged off by Wachovia. My question is What happens when they charge off the 3rd mortgage?

Did you default on the HELOC?

It will be charged off at the end of this month
