I assume we could have an additional 30 days while the buyer gets financing. This is one of the most horrible things I have ever experienced in my life. Thanks in advance, Elle |

If you are talking about your foreclosure sale date..............a good majority of the time the property reverts back to the investor holding the note............if it happens to be and investor or person other than the one holding the note that has the winning bid........most of the time they already have financing in place and or pay cash. What state are you in?

I have an Auction date set for October 7th. The guy on the phone said there was not date set for sale in their system. I can't call SPS until 10/1. So, what am I suppose to do??? I have been working on this since June 24th. First Franklin "lost" our packet three times. I just want to keep my home. Any advice or support? Elle |

Believe me, you are not alone. I agree, this is the most horrible thing to experience. Unlike a death in the family, it drags on and on and on. Especially if you have a second mortgage along with a short sale, the 2nd makes your life literally miserable. Just remember, there are millions out there experiencing the same thing. I pray every night for strength. | |
