Is it too late for us?

We have been battling Amtrust for a long time now. We made our last house payment in 12/08 but did 3 months of forebearance in May, June and July. We are scheduled for foreclosure in 10 days. Haven't been able to get a load mod and don't know what else to do. Any body have any suggestions...is it too late to do anything?

Re: Is it too late for us?

Bankruptcy may help, contact a good attorney who deals with that and/or foreclosure asap.
