Exclamation Has anyone ever paid after the 1st on the trial period

I am concerned because I get paid on the 7th and I wanted to pay the mortgage with that payment.

It states, " If my final two trial period payments are received after the clost of business on th 15th calendar day of the last month of the Trial Period but before the end of the Trial Period, I agree that the Trial Period shall be extended by one calendar month, ( the "Additional Trial Period").

Hi persistent,

Sounds like if one payment is late they are requiring you to make one more months payment.. I have not heard this, so thank you for sharing and keep us posted.

Re: Has anyone ever paid after the 1st on the trial period

I called Wachovia and informed them I get paid on August 7th and need to make my payment on that day. I was informed it would be ok and I would not be penialized. I made sure I had the first and last name of the rep and the time and date of call. I made a note and put in my file. I will be emailing the person over the program as well.

I thought if they received my payment after the 15th of that month that would be late. My mortgage company gives you a 15 day grace period for normal payment.
