Confused about credit scores? - Loan Modification Forum

Ok i went through a foreclosure back in Nov-Feb 08-09 and got hit with a foreclosure/Reposession on my credit report and thus got hit for only about 70 points. My score was down to about a 670-680 or so. I just checked it again and it jumped to about a 745 this month. What is going on here? I doubted the score so i checked it with another credit company and it said the same?

Is the foreclosure reporting? Sometimes it may take a few months.

Yes my credit shows 30/60/90 days late and it shows a "RF" (repo/foreclosure).

ummmmm.....that is either luck or a mistake. You ahould have seen a 200-300 hit.

Score of 746 represents a low risk for most lenders.
