There loss mitigation is not really working with. There only offer is a reduced interest for one year only. This is land only and am gonna let it go if I cant get them to deal. I am just afraid of the law suit. Thanks Brian |

Also, WF has two divisions I guess, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Wells Fargo Financial. Here are the updated numbers I have for both: WF Home Mortgage 1-800-416-1472 WF Financial 1-800-874-8901 My mortgage statement has WFF on it so when I called the WFM # they had no info on my loan. Just thought this would help everyone out as it was confusing to me. I also have a direct line of someone who is assigned to my case from WFF if anyone needs it. I received a call from this person saying she was assiged to my case and she emailed me forms to fill out and send back, which I have done. |

thank you so much, unfortunately, my application was not accepted for a modification due to the fact that I am current with my mortgage payments and have never been late. This makes no sense to me what so ever. Any suggestions? I would love to get out from under MetLife's thumb.....thanks again. | |
