HOT HOT HOT Tip: use the state banking commission to audit your loan!

Hey folks,

If you can't afford to hire a private attorney to perform a forensic audit of your mortgage, in a lot of cases your state banking commission just may be the way to go, especially if you feel that you may have been a victim of predatory lending, fraud, etc., etc.

I recently lodged a complaint against Option One/AHMSI and Wells Fraudgo (who is the trustee), and the Kansas state banking commission told me to send copies of all relevant documents and they would go over them with a fine tooth comb, then report back to me with their findings and a course of action on my behalf. I have yet to hear back from them, but expect to shortly. Since my request "to produce the note" has backfired unforunately, the banking commission may be my best ally in fighting back against these scumbags.

If your back is up against the wall with virtually no place to go, your state banking commission just may be your best bet. At any rate, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by going to them.
