    Cleanup after foreclosure in Arizona

Our home will be sold at a foreclosure sale in Arizona in a few weeks, probably to a private party. Our intent is to leave
everything is as good shape as we have the time for.

If we do run out of time we would be forced to leave any stuff that did not sell in our garage sale. The house would be clean except for this, hopefully just small items but possibly an entertainment unit. Also some remaining debris due to the sale, mostly in the garage. Could we be charged or sued for removal costs? I've searched for an answer to this and cannot find anything

    Thank you, Bob

I'm not sure about Arizona but it is pretty common for people to leave stuff behind. The bank hires a crew and sometimes bring in a dumpster to empty the house. I personally have never heard about anything happening to the home owner because of this. I left stuff behind in my own house that foreclosed many months ago and no one said a word. If it worries you there are services such as 1800GOTJUNK that will come in same day and haul it all away for a few hundred dollars.
