    Hello Reydel,

How many months behind were you on payments before your loan was transferred to Seterus? Your mortgage is going to be in the same status even though another bank is servicing the loan.. So lets say if you were 8 months behind with Chase, you will still be 8 months behind with Seterus..

If you received a loan modification with Seterus after your loan was transferred to them it is no longer in foreclosure and everything should be fine.. Where are you seeing the foreclosure listed, on your credit report?

I'm sorry I'm quite confused here, so after your loan was transferred to Seterus you have been able to achieve a permanent loan mod with them correct? If so your mortgage should have been brought current. Chase has nothing to do with the loan now so it is Seterus who is handling the foreclosure.. What is Seterus telling you about the foreclosure?

Yes contact them right away and see what is going on. If they did offer you a permanent modification and you signed it and mailed it back your account should no longer be in default..
