Actually - was not really a standing win, the 7th Circuit ruled no standing to enforce HAMP, but breach of contract or consumer fraud based on the Trial Payment Plan, between Wells and Wigod not the HAMP agreement of Wells with Treasury.
All it did was return the issue to the Courts since it reversed Wells winning the motion to dismiss.
