Plaintiff dismisses the foreclosure complaint in the within action against all defendants named therein, withoui prejudice. Does anyone understand this expression? It sounds to me, they will not come after in this way, but they are not giving up the right to come after you in another way or same way down the road. I have also seen (online) to extend statute of limitations, though I did not think that was possible. Anyone experience this in their own situation?
