We refi'd the 1st and 2nd with Countrywide. The re-fi was done by a mobile notary. We received our copies of the Notice of Right to Cancel along with the copies of the loan docs, but Notice of Right to Cancel does not have ANY dates filled out. Totally blank. We know we are under the gun regarding the three year statute of limitations, but does this sound like a legitimate violation to anyone else? Has anyone had success with taking this matter up? Thank you. |
