Talking ARIZONA Anti-Deficiency REPEAL SB 1271!!

I'm posting this because after tirelessly searching 3 days online for UPDATED information on whether I, an investor, will be subject of deficiency judgment in AZ, only to be led to many site/blogs with OLD information citing September 30th, 2009's law (which states if you need to stay in the house at least 6 months AND have an occupancy certificate to avoid deficiency judgment), I was frustrated and confused.

Straight from Governor Jan Brewer's site (page 29:10-19):
http://azgovernor.gov/DMS/upload/PR_090409_HB2008.pdf

Correct me if I'm wrong. I believe the facts are clear.
No deficiency judgments for investors in Arizona real estate (as long as single/double residential property and less than 2.5 acres as stated).

Yep, and as long as purchase money only. I think your timing is probably good, freedspirit. There will be more legislation to come on this issue, you can bet. The banks will see to it!
