making sure I understand.... (utah)

I received a "notice of intent to foreclose" letter dated July 31st, 2009. It says that I have until August 31st to send in all past due amounts. ($7500)

Do I have 90 days from July 31st to cure the default BEFORE I get served with an actual foreclosure notice and a sale date?

If so, I think I can do it. And I really really want to.

My biggest stress right now is that once we hit August 31st, I will get served with a sale date and a poster on the house, as well as the newspaper notice.

Any insight?
