We received a letter from Nationwide Trustee Services,Inc. and it stated that we would be notified of the hearing date and foreclosure sale date but, I was wondering if and how to go about asking for a keys for cash to help us move. We have only one loan and it's with Countrywide/BOA not sure that matters. We are not able to keep the home but, we have come to terms with that. We are just ready to move on and cut or losses. Any info you have on NC foreclosure process would be of great help also. Oh, can they and have you heard if they will come after us for a deficiency? if so what's the best way to handle that? thanks |
