Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Legal definition of "owner occupied"?? I am not on the note. My father is. My father no longer lives here. I DO pay the mortgage, I am on the Deed since day #1, and I get the homestead exemption. CW/BOA says my home if not "owner occupied". Well, the insurance (homeowners) and the property appraiser says this is owner occupied,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but now the bank is telling me different. Any advice? |
