Earlier today we met with an attorney and later in the day we discussed our situation with Consumer Credit Counseling. Which were both very helpful and confusing at the same time. This afternoon we made a call to Everhome and were informed that 1. We have been selected to join the Home Savers Forbearance plan. 2. They were going to freeze foreclosure proceedings and 3. The package should be here in 2 days. My questions are 1. Does this stop the foreclosure? 2. Do we still need to file a response within 20 days to the court? Thanks for the help |
