I need an attorney! - Loan Modification Forum

Hello, I need an attorney who can review the QWR and give me advice on what I can do. I've read Mo's book, and I feel better informed, but this is not my area of expertise and I am not doing well trying to modify my loan. I feel that the bank just does not want to do anything for me. I don't understand this at all because it seems so much easier and beneficial for the bank to lower interest and perhaps principal and help me stay here in my home. Otherwise, they'll have a house that's falling apart, filling with mold and increasingly more expensive than the former solution. Is there an honest and hardworking lawyer here in Florida who could help me? If so, could you lease contact me with your rate information and your opinion about whether or not anything can be done for me. Thank you very much.

We just received a Lis Pendens on our foreclosure, August 12,2009
20 days to reply. to a local attorney or Judge scheduled for a hearing. Can we request a delay and HOW. Mo Bedard please help us if you are out there! Who do recommend in Tampa, Fl. area.

I am in your situation-I know theres a solution and I call citi every hour no return phone calls-anybody recommend a lawyer I live in Lorain county OHIO
