The rep, after talking some time to review my note, came back and told me that they have no record of a company, only that WAMU was the investor (I checked and this is a FreddieMac loan). Is this correct?...Shouldn't there be an actual insurance company that is receiving these premiums or do they "self insure"? Also, I was checking the addendum on my note and it says as per #111 that "Three day right of recission letter is required". This was a refinance note for a second home which bank was aware of and I never signed this letter nor did I even know it existed. What should I do?. Thanks!!! |
