Tyggsma - I think you can submit a new request for a loan modification, explaining that the repayment amount is too much for you. I know it seems hopeless, but it's not! While Litton can be very slow, it is not impossible. If you are not being helped adequately I would take your request up to a Vice President at Litton.

I was served forclosure documents from my mortgage servicer, Litton loan. I worked out a payback arraingement with them but the payments were already high due to having an arm and now they are even higher. At least for the next 6 months. Do I have any chance of getting a loan modification now?
