Hello, After seeing the Dateline NBC story on Countrywide and there predatory tactics of putting people into loans not suited for them, I would like to know something. I have a friend who has a Countrywide Mtg Loan who according to her was steered into an "Interest Only" loan (5/1 libor, refinance, CW made 3.5 pts on this loan Yes she signed all the docs but is there any way to determine if CW had predatory practices or recourse against CS that could work in her favor?? Many Thanks, Remacts |
