I came to this forum to see what the current FHA rates are, I can't seem to find that info anywhere online strangely.
I got a pre-approval and it said the rate will be no higher than 4.75%, is it worth shopping around an FHA loan to different loan officers? Or do they all get the same one?
For an FHA loan it would be better to go online and compare rates from the large banks and your local credit unions, they normally update them weekly or daily, as mortgage brokers have fees attached for their legwork.
