Ok, I have read many times that ppl with challenged credit like mine can get a mortgage loan, but they never seem to mention with whom or where. So I’m wondering does any one know of a legit lender out there that they could refer to me. I live in WI and my middle credit score is 609. With so many lenders out there I just don’t know where to begin. So if someone could PLEASE so kindly share some info or past experience, it would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.
