i think posting this was more scary than our court date...


ok ...
i think i goofed big time, i didn't include the home we live in now in our filing and we are walking away after several attemps at mod, ect..it's worth half. we paid 140k now it's worth 60k. ya, we thought we could wait/work it out.

we are renting and will have 20% down in 18-24 months, have been paying cc promptly, good job history..we are fine with rebuilding credit and are reading that we need to wait at least 2 yrsto apply for loan..but bk and this foreclosure who is willing to lend w/ both whammies and at what price?
