Chase sent me a letter last week informing me that i have been declined for a loan modification. My modification was back in 2009. Since my loan is with Freddie Mac. They said that my income & equity exceeds their guidelines. I have tried to get this information many times without success. Can someone help? I would need I guess the correct income & equity to proceed with them. I do not want to lose my house. Thanks

Were you denied for the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP). For HAMP if you have any equity in your property it will be extremely difficult to qualify for this program..
