    Just Denied

I've been on a 3 month trial modification that lasted 12 months with Chase. I made all my payments. Just got denied. I was wondering what should be my best plan of attack. Does anybody know about the Rest Report and does it help my cause. I filed a complaint with the OCC due to Chase not having the correct income. They keep dragging me along and putting deeper and deeper in the hole! Can NACA help? Also, I do not qualify for HAMP due to my principle being over the $729k. Should I file a lawsuit. Any help, ideas or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Also does anyone know a Great Attorney.

Only Hamp requires a the "3 trial payments"...you may have been put on a forbearance...this is usually done to give the homeowner time to get back on their feet. Unfortunately in your case it took 12 months for them to realize your situation has not improved...Your next course of action would be to contact the executives for your lender...a good hardship letter detailing your situation may get the ball rolling for them to re-evaluate your file....

Hi, Is your home underwater or do you have any equity in it? You can request an in house mod. Also I wanted to let you know that naca will be at the los angeles convention center this week. I'm not sure if chase is going to be there I do know that many mortgage companies will be there. I plan on attending since I have been denied 3 times and gmac has let me get deeper in a hole also. I plan to continue fighting and would also like to know if naca does not work out what kind of attorney will I need? Try naca get your papers done online so if you go to the event you will already be in the system. Their web site also has something about chase.
    keep me posted.

Thank you for the information. I had a preliminary pphone conversation with NACA today. I have another more in depth phone interview on thursday. I'll ask to see if Chase and GMAC will be there. Thank you for the reply.

Naca help for a mod?... Scary.. In my eyes the best attorney I'n the world isn't equal to rest report on it's own. However i do agree a rest report and an attorney if you can afford one is the best combo.. Ask Moe we need 2 more candidates for rest reports at no cost to you.. just do we can show results. Why were you denied?? Let me know moe If this is ok!

The rest report has worked many times for non conforming loan amounts already! The largest to date is a 3 million we got through on a flex mod.... Rest report should help and would be good for us to document you on this forum.
