    Illegal foreclosures

Call to all Californians and non Californians:

Here is the link to the California Attorney General's office. Please lodge your complaint or inquiry with the California AGs office. Ask what they are doing, if anything, in regards to all the illegal foreclosures taking place in our state of California. Demand that the rights of Californians be protected by law.
Consumer Alerts, Information & Complaints - California Dept. of Justice - Office of the Attorney General

    Non Californians:
You too can google your state Attorney General's office and request for action against the illegal foreclosures taking place in your state by these "pretender lenders." These pretender lenders are in no way damaged by our defaults and therefore are not entitled to foreclose on your home. They do not, contrary to what they claim, have legal standing to foreclose on your home, in most instances.

So that YOU are better informed about the issues, please google the following:

    pretender lender
    securitized mortgage loans unenforceable
    MERS
    illegal foreclosure
    show me the note
    holder in due course

Do your homework, understand how it applies to your particular case, and research all your legal options.

Above all, DO NOT walk away from your home without a fight!!!

Please copy and paste where appropriate.

Enough of all this nonsense already. We need to spread the word and take action.

As I posted on the other thread, here's what I sent:

"I'd like to know what actions your office is taking regarding all of the illegal foreclosures taking place, especially the ones with TILA violations, service pooling pay-offs, MERS involvement, broken chains of title and pretender-lenders who are unable to produce the note.

If its of any interest to you, Countrywide (Bank of America) is reneging and rescinding loan modifications it was ordered to do per your settlement agreement with them. They are CLEARLY violating the law and your office is looking the other way. Why?"

    Re: Illegal foreclosures

Awesome!!! I'm hoping others will do the same.

I really think the California Attorney General has an obligation to investigate these illegal foreclosures and file a class action lawsuit if appropriate.
