Ok. This has been a lonnnng road. I am also with PNC (formally national city), and I am working on my 3rd modification. Each time I applied in the past I was denied. I applied again Nov' 09 and after faxing over all docs I have not heard a word. I have been making payments (although late) sooo this morning I decide to call and was told by customer service that they were notified to discontinue collection efforts on my account because it was being reviewed by loss mitigation. I was also told that it has been with loss mitigation since sometime in Dec '09 and that it could take up to 12 weeks from that point. I was just wondering why I have not heard anything...received no notifications.... I was given the loss mitigation name and phone number but the voice mail is full.......I am at a loss for words on this...Can anyone offer any advice?
