in foreclosure: what if we can get caught up, but can't pay the extra fees? we have an official foreclosure notice that says if we don't pay all of our back payments, plus fees, by the end of the month, we will be foreclosed on.
we have come up with the money for the payments, but not the $3000+ extra for their fees.
we still have two weeks, but what if we don't have it then?
they will not do a mod, because we already did one a year ago.
we have citimortgage.
do you think they will waive the fees, if we pay all the actual payments at once?
You can negotiate these fees in payments via a forbearance or? They will work with you if you call the lawyer who is handling the sale.
