I don't know much about computer programing...but any chance that you could do something so that when you search for anything to do with FHA that it doesn't say FHA is too short of a word to search?? FHA rules are soooo different and it would be helpful to search for things that just have to do with the FHA HAMP! Thanks!

Can anyone give me some advice on if I file Bankruptcy chapter 7 during a forebearance and am in "suspended" foreclosure, will the bank try to lift the stay and foreclose or continue to work with me? 12 months behind, Chase bank, ........I know there is not 100% correct answer to this but if they were working with you before the bankruptcy wouldnt they be even more willing after as you have less expenses?? Any help,advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
