Any SoCal Walkers w/Chase as a Lender? - Loan Modification Forum

I was wondering if there are any of you from Southern CA who are walking (like me) and have Chase as a lender. I wanted to see if we could exchange ideas and give support...Anyone??

Clueless, I would be if I walk. Chase holds my second.
They have set up and are training more people for loan modifications at some loan locations.
Chase tells me as the second lien holder there is not much they can do. I cannot find out if Chase is up for a buy out on the second. I guess we would have to miss payments and see
