The house will be set up for auction late April, so I don't understand why they did the walkthrough and secured it already. What's your take on this? Thanks in advance for your response. |

(even if they have not taken back the house yet thru foreclosure) You might check your loan doc's to see if this provision is in there. Is there a sticker on one of the windows or on the door stating a preservation company? If so you can call them to get access. Juls |

When a home is "abandoned" and a lender takes reasonable steps to assure that is the case, they can take reasonable safeguards to insure that their collateral is protected. I've had two people physically come to my house. If they find it vacant, they secure it up. I'm still in mine, so all they did was tape up a notice, which I quickly tore down. |

I left my house fast and didn't ride out the process...which I should have to save more $. Is this property still considered mine? |
