M&I Bank refuses to work with me or accept a deed in lieu. I even offered 8K cash (all I have).. As a result it will go to foreclosure. What make the bank decide whether to sue for the deficiency or not??? Will they sue me, and how can they when the refuse to take several payment offers or deed in lieu offers? Please help. We dont want to get sued and risk loosing other assets. The land is the only thing I cant afford. I can afford all other bills. Brian |
